My spiritual path has taken many turns—starting in the Christian tradition, moving through long periods of questioning, and eventually leading me to study yoga, mythology, and Eastern philosophy in depth.

It’s been anything but linear, and I can't say I'd recommend it, but every step has brought me closer to what matters:
