Cancellation & Return Window

You are entitled to cancel your order or request a return within 30 days of the shipping date or from the day you (or a third party you appointed, not the carrier) received the goods — whichever is later.

You don’t need to provide a reason for cancellation, though we always welcome your feedback.

To initiate a return, email Support@Asivana.com with your order number and a clear statement of your request.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment or delivery date.

  • It must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces made to your specifications.

  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly.

  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 30 days of receiving the return.

  • You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We’ll offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund — whichever you prefer.

Photos may be requested to help us assess and improve quality.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
